A letter from our Director
When we launched the AI @ Work Summit in Sydney in 2026, we did not know whether the market wanted another AI event. It turned out it did not. What it wanted was an event about what AI actually does to work, run for the people who have to make it happen. We sold out.
What struck me most was what the room asked for. Not more strategy. Not another keynote on what the technology might do by 2030. They wanted to see it working, from organisations willing to name themselves and show real numbers, including the parts that did not pay off.
That is what we have built for 2027, and why we have moved to the ICC Sydney. The programme leads with proof of return, work redesign, capability and governance, and it puts live demonstrations of working software in daylight rather than at the end of the day. Every sponsor speaking slot can be co-presented with a named customer.
We have also co-located with the National Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work Show. Four stages, 75+ sessions, one exhibition floor, and a room of HR and People leaders far larger than an AI event reaches on its own. Your pass gets you into all of it.
The gap between AI experimentation and AI that pays for itself is the defining commercial problem in HR right now. Come and see how other organisations are closing it.
