Breckon Jones is a global HR leader, story-teller, advisor and board-member. He is currently shaping the Employee Experience for the thousands of dedicated staff at the State Insurer icare, which serves the people and communities of NSW. His expertise lies in HR strategy, organisational transformation, employee motivation and reward, HR technology, people analytics and culture.

In addition, Breckon provides strategic board advisory services to HR tech founders, startups and scaleups, having supported several from pre-seed funding stage to acquisition and exit.

The innovative initiatives Breckon has led over a 25-year career, have enriched small to multi-billion-dollar companies’ missions to attract top talent, engage, motivate and recognise high performance, while delivering excellent customer service within a culture of ESG and wellbeing.

Breckon is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

He lives on Saltwater Country on the lands of the Gamaraygal People, and is Chair of an Indigenous Advocacy Committee.
