Chelsea Shaw is the Strategic Workforce Planning Manager at QBE. With a background in strategic human resources, workforce analytics and organisational transformation, Chelsea leads initiatives that shape the future of work across the enterprise.


In 2025, she has led the development of QBE’s AI Workforce Strategy, a forward-looking framework that integrates human-AI collaboration into workforce planning, job architecture, and leadership enablement. Her work empowers leaders to use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and align workforce initiatives with emerging technologies. Chelsea holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and is a certified AHRI practitioner. She blends academic rigour with practical leadership and consulting expertise, driving capability building across the talent lifecycle.


Passionate about building resilient, inclusive, and future-ready workforces, Chelsea continues to shape the future of work through innovative, people-centered strategies.
