Dr Pat Norman is Manager, Research and Development at Sydney Executive Plus, a strategic initiative of the University of Sydney Business School. He leads the design of leadership development programs that address emerging challenges in technology, culture, and business. A co-author of The Skills Horizon report, Pat has worked closely with business leaders to develop their AI fluency and has upskilled large sales teams in the use of Generative AI.
