As a co-founder of Agile HR Analytics, I bring over 20 years of experience in BI, data analytics, and AI to our mission of transforming businesses through people analytics. My journey as a serial entrepreneur has been driven by the belief that data, when fully leveraged, can become an organization’s most valuable asset. Throughout my career, I’ve founded four ventures in the data & AI space, each thriving on the principle of innovation.

One of my proudest achievements was Intellify, a multiple award-winning AI/ML consultancy that was acquired by Deloitte in 2022, underscoring the value we created in the industry. At Agile HR Analytics, I focus on driving our growth strategy and operations, ensuring we scale successfully and seamlessly. I channel my expertise into simplifying complex data to reveal insights that empower organizations and their people.

My vision is to reshape the landscape of People Analytics, firmly believing that the synergy between robust analytics and human insight is where true transformation begins. Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back to the community. I run and sponsor the Sydney Microsoft Power BI & Fabric User Group, providing a platform for professionals to learn and grow. As a proud father of two boys, I strive to balance my professional endeavors with quality family time and travelling around the world with my family.
