Dr Kate Booth leads Learning & Development at MinterEllison, shaping capability programs across legal, consulting and business operations. She plays a key role in the firm’s AI Adoption Program and designs initiatives that respond to the shifting demands of technology, regulation and client expectations. Professional services firms are at the cutting edge of AI disruption, requiring nuanced and thoughtful approaches to building capability – not just skills in AI, but in how people acquire the foundational skillsets of each profession.
