I am best known for helping organisations to understand cyber security, technology and privacy risks and compliance, with a particular focus on data breach incident response and cybersecurity issues arising in the context of countering foreign interference and the security of critical infrastructure.
I have advised organisations on the strategic management of legal and regulatory issues arising from major privacy and cybersecurity incidents in a broad range of sectors including education, healthcare, insurance, power and utilities, retail, construction, infrastructure, travel, mining and technology.
I have worked in senior in-house roles with a university and a leading provider of identity theft and cyber incident counselling and remediation services.
