Marc Starfield is a senior executive at the intersection of AI, workforce transformation and enterprise systems, known for turning ambition into measurable impact. He has led large scale digital and AI transformation across people, technology and operating models in some of the world’s leading organisations, with Managing Director–level accountability for global teams, complex programmes and significant investment portfolios spanning more than 30 markets.
Marc’s work focuses on moving organisations beyond experimentation to scaled, agentic and integrated AI—where productivity gains, employee experience and trust are designed together, not traded off. He has deep experience optimising core HR platforms, embedding AI into end to end colleague journeys, and redesigning work, skills and services to deliver tangible commercial and workforce outcomes.
With an MSc from the University of Oxford, an MBA and a background in global transformation leadership, Marc brings a rare blend of strategic clarity and delivery pragmatism. His current professional focus is on practical AI value attainment, ethical implementation, and building systems that enable people and organisations to thrive in an AI enabled economy.
