Peter LePage
Director, Workforce Capability & Learning
Sydney Trains
Peter LePage is currently the Director of Workforce Capability & Learning at Sydney Trains. His purpose is enabling others to recognise, grow and realise their potential. This is rooted in his background and passion in education. He has been fortunate to have been in some form of an educational role for over 25 years across various sectors and levels of responsibility.
As we continue the conversation on how we need to support and reshape our workforce with the growth of AI, Peter is helping start this discussion within Sydney Trains with a specific focus on the capabilities we need to harness in building the connection between our people and the positive impact AI can have on the way we work in delivering business results.
