With over 25 years in corporate and consulting contexts, Sam has spearheaded learning, leadership and organisational development initiatives across multiple sectors. Inspired by living-systems thinking, and exploring the edges of learning and leadership development, she creates learning structures, environments and experiences where sustainable leadership flourishes. A recent recipient (alongside her team) of the Brandon Hall Group “Best Leadership Development Program” award, she continually blends purpose, performance and people to shift paradigms and elevate individual and collective potential.
Sam has held leadership roles at Aurecon, PwC, Clayton Utz, Minter Ellison, King & Wood Mallesons and Herbert Smith Freehills, as well as consulting through her own business.
